Please do join me for the last Old Askean City Diners Lunch for 2026.

We are meeting once again on Friday 13^th November 2026 at The Mudlark by London Bridge and Southwark Cathedral. We will be meeting in the bar on the ground floor from Noon before heading up the stairs to our private dining area at 1:00 pm.

Please see below the menu options, vegetarian options are available. 2 Courses costs £41.95 and 3 Courses £48.95, both including wine.

STARTERS

Tomato & Basil Soup with toasted rustic ciabatta

Smoked Scottish Salmon with crispy capers and toasted rustic bread

MAINS

Garlic Chicken Schnitzel with skin-on fries & fresh watercress

Pan-Roasted Salmon Fillet with King prawns, caper & samphire butter, creamy Dauphinoise potatoes, long-stem broccoli

DESSERTS

Triple Chocolate Brownie with Bourbon vanilla ice cream

Creme Brulee with Buttery shortbread biscuits

Nicholson’s Cheese Board, Taw Valley mature Cheddar, Stilton and soft Camembert

The next informal drinks for the Old Askean Association will be held on Friday 4th December . This time we are holding this at The Bunch of Grapes, 2 St Thomas Street, SE1 9RS.
This is a few minutes walk from London Bridge Station or Borough tube station.
We will start at 15.00 and continue, I am sure, into the night.

Please come along at any time and stay for 30 minutes or 3 hours. The aim is to meet old friends and make new ones.
Hopefully if you are working in London you can finish a little early and pop along.

Please let any other Askeans you are in touch with know as all are welcome wether OAA members or not.
